Vkernel  announced Tuesday it has partnered with VMWare Premiere Partner  Xcedex. A VKernel Gold Partner, Xcedex will resell VKernel's Suite of Virtual Appliances designed to provide a variety of solutions in the VMWare ESX environment, including analyzing and monitoring capacity, implementing chargeback, and gaining cost visibility.

The company's Virtual Appliance Suite for Systems Management is intended to address and manage issues that arise as organizations migrate to VMWare virtual environments. Xcedex's X-factor solution has been developed to help the company accelerate virtualization projects, from concept to production, and will add to the benefits of the partnership.

"By rapidly solving specific server virtualization issues such as cost visibility, chargeback, and capacity management, VKernel virtual appliances provide instantaneous value and benefits to any organization involved in a virtualization project," said Alex Bakman, founder and CEO of VKernel, in the June 24 statement. "Xcedex has immediately become one of our most productive partners. They should immediately increase market opportunities for VKernel's products and drive revenues for both companies throughout North America."
