Campus Management has recently finalized an agreement with nGenera Corp. to acquire assets of nGenera subsidiary Talisma Corp. Assets being purchased by Campus Management include the Talisma CRM software platform, the Talisma Higher Education business division, and Talisma Corp. Private Ltd.
Talisma CRM provides strategic enrollment management, student retention, student services, education finance, alumni relations, and IT Helpdesk services to colleges and universities. The platform is currently in use by Duke University, Johnson & Wales University, the University of Alabama, and the University of Nebraska, among others.
"Talisma CRM is a robust and proven suite that accelerates our CRM program," said Timothy B. Loomer, President and CEO of Campus Management, in a prepared statement. "Talisma's people bring tremendous experience in software development, services, and sales and marketing, all of which we need to fuel Campus Management's growth. The acquisition is a logical way for Campus Management to expand our ecosystem of solutions, and to build our capacity to develop, market and deliver more innovations to our customers."
The companies have also reached an agreement that will allow Campus Management to integrate and support nGenera's Knowledgebase software. According to the company, nGenera will retain ownership of the Talisma CIM business.
