Asure Software's NetSimplicity division has recently announced expanded adoption of its room scheduling software by education institutions around the world.
According to the announcement, the Meeting Room Manager software is currently in use by more than 500 education customers, including Boston University, New York University School of Law, and California's Pajaro Valley Unified School District. The platform is aimed at helping institutions streamline room and resource scheduling processes, creating the potential for increased productivity and reduced administrative and support costs.
"The economic conditions have changed the way organizations across all markets invest in technology," said Nancy Harris, Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Asure Software, in a prepared statement. "For universities and educational institutions, it's important they continue to innovate to ensure organizational efficiency but they must do so in a cost-effective way. Meeting Room Manager can be easily and quickly installed and improves scheduling productivity and lowers operational costs allowing administrators, faculty, staff and students to focus on their day-to-day tasks."
According to NetSimplicity, the Meeting Room Manager solution can be delivered through the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model or through an available perpetual license.
